2017 Programs and Workshops

January Lucille Amos,  Lucille is a certified instructor of Judy Neimeyer quilts. Lucille travels all over the South to teach a variety of Judy’s patterns. She has certainly become an expert on paper piecing. We look forward to learning from her.
February Susan Brubake Knapp, Susan has worked with Quilting Arts Magazine for years and is now the host of their program. She is an author, national award winning quilt artist, teacher, and so much more.
March Judith Corley-Lay from Durham-Orange Quillters. She is co-chair of N. C. Symposium for 2017, which will be held at William Peace University on May 19th-21st. She will be giving us all the information you need to know about Symposium.
April Roger Winchell is returning to our guild and will be presenting a program and a workshop on skewed blocks. His “Ribbon” quilt which he titled “Quilter’s DNA” is made entirely of skewed blocks. Cost of workshop will be $50.00 for members.
May Nicole Wilde and her Art Bus with her longarm machine.
June Patti and Cindi, The Pizza Girls will be our guests. Thursday night will be a trunk show and Saturday they will be teaching a "technique" class.

September Lee Chappell Monroe "Understanding the Rainbow."
October Kimberly Flanagan will give the history of Studio 180
designs, explanation of tools and functions and a trunk show and demos.
